ME & MY Mission

Hi, I’m Tannu Jain, a concept-based trainer and experienced IB PYP educator.
Like many passionate teachers, I have seen how overwhelming it can be to navigate frameworks, pedagogies, and curriculum shifts while still trying to spark real understanding in classrooms. That is why my mission is simple: to make complex academic ideas practical, doable, and teacher-friendly—so schools can build a sustainable culture of deep, lifelong learning.

As a dedicated Independent Erickson and Lanning Concept-Based Trainer, I bring over 12 years of experience as an IB PYP Homeroom Teacher, blending deep expertise in concept-based teaching, learning, and assessment with a passion for transforming classrooms.

Currently, I serve as a Trainer with the TIPS Learning and Research Institute (TLRI), where I design and deliver professional development opportunities for educators within and beyond the TIPS community. Over the past year, I have facilitated global training sessions, helping educators shift from curriculum coverage to conceptual transfer.

My expertise also extends into digital learning as a Certified Digital Instructional Designer, ensuring that innovative, technology-driven strategies enhance teacher practice and student learning.

��️ I am also the voice behind the course “Reimagine Curriculum through a Concept-Based Approach”, where I guide educators in bringing authentic, inquiry-driven teaching into their classrooms.

Through workshops, instructional design, and hands-on training, I help schools and teachers move from surface-level delivery to conceptual clarity, authentic integration, and future-ready classrooms.
